Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018, we inform you that:

  1. You may contact the Controller on all matters concerning the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights in relation to the processing of your data, which are within its scope of action.

  2. The service performs functions to obtain information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

  • by information voluntarily entered in the forms,

  • by saving cookies on the end devices (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone),

  • by the Google Analytics monitoring tool provided by Google Inc.

  1. We limit the information we collect and use about you to the minimum necessary to enable us to provide an appropriate level of service.

2. Information included in forms

  1. The website collects information that is voluntarily provided by the Website User.

  2. The Website may save information concerning connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

  3. Data entered through the form are not shared or entrusted to third parties for processing other than with your consent.

  4. If the data on the form allows an individual to be identified, the individual has the right to access, modify, transfer the data and request the cessation of the processing of his/her data at any time (forgetting). The erasure of the data may result in inability to access certain functions of the website.

Subject to the overriding importance of the provisions of Art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, the Service also processes personal data on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 (f) of the aforementioned Regulation, i.e. solely for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Controller, i.e. optimising the quality of the services provided to recipients of the Personal Data Controller’s supplies or services

Data provided in the forms may be forwarded to third parties, i.e. entities technically performing certain services – in particular, this applies to the forwarding of information on the holder of the registered domain to entities which are Internet domain operators or other entities with which the Website Operator cooperates in this regard.

3. Information about cookies

  1. The website uses cookies.

  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device (e.g computer, tablet, smartphone) of the Website User and allow for the use of the Website pages. Such files usually contain the name of the website they come from, the period of their storing on the end device and a unique reference number.

  3. The entity storing cookies on the end device of the Website User and getting access to them is the Website operator or entities cooperating with the operator.

  • to produce statistics which help to understand how the Website Users use the websites, which in turn allows to improve their structure and content,

4. Server logs

  1. Information about certain behaviour of Users is subject to logging in the server layer. The data are used solely to administer the Website and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.

  2. The browsed resources are identified by URLs. In addition, the following information may be saved:

  • receipt time of query,

  • response time,

  • the Customer’s workstation name – identification via HTTP protocol,

  • information on errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transaction,

  • URL address of a page previously visited by the User (referer link) – in case link refers to the Website;

  • information about the User’s browser;

  • IP address information.

  1. The aforementioned data are not associated with individual visitors.

  2. The above data is used only for server administration purposes.

5. Google Analytics

Traffic on www.polskieopakowania.com is monitored using the Google Analytics analytics system, the purpose of which is to collect data on website usage and popularity. This data is, for example, the browser used or the IP address. The data shall never be shared by us with third parties.

6. Sharing and entrusting data processing

  1. Data shall only be made available to or entrusted to third parties for processing within the limits of the law, i.e. for the purposes necessary for processing the order, not for marketing purposes.

  2. The data enabling the identification of a natural person are only shared or entrusted for processing with the consent of that individual.

  3. The Contact Form will collect the following personal data from you through the Website and other forms of communication when you make queries on the Website:

    • first and last name,

    • company name*,

    • email address,

    • telephone number.

  4. Provision of the above data is voluntary, but necessary to submit a query on the Website. The data provided shall be processed on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  5. The operator may be required to provide information collected via the website to authorised authorities based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.

7. Erasure of personal data

You have the right to request information about the content of the data stored about you, as well as the right to request the amendment, blocking or erasure of your data, and the right to correct errors, add to or update your data. 9. Rights of the Website User

  • right to be informed about the processing of your data within the scope of Art. 15 of the GDPR;

  • pursuant to Art. 16 of the GDPR – right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you;

  • pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR – right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data stored with us, insofar as further processing is not necessary,

  • pursuant to Art. 18 of the GDPR – right to restriction of processing of your personal data, insofar as:

the accuracy of your personal data is contested by you, to the extent that the processing is unlawful and you object to erasure,

the processing is unlawful and you object to erasure,

we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to establish, assert or defend your claims,

you have lodged an objection on the basis of Art. 21 against the processing.

  • pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR – the right to receive your data provided to us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and to send it to another controller (“right to data portability”);

  •  pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR – right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

  • Pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 (e) or (f), including profiling under these provisions. The Controller will no longer process the personal data unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
